International Translation Day In London

english russian ukrainian translationA couple of days ago I returned from my dreamtrip, and it’s been my first travel to London. You know, everyone has a city they want to travel to – be it Rio, Paris, or Dnepropetrovsk.

This time I decided to celebrate International Translation Day* in London. Actually, the aim of my posting this piece of news is not to boast; I just wanted to keep this pic somewhere.

*International Translation Day is celebrated every year on September 30 – the feast of St. Jerome, who is considered as the patron saint of translators. The motto of this year's Translation Day is “Translation: Bridging Cultures”.
