Establishing New Records
If you ask me if I am upset about the end of summer – I’ll say ‘yes’. Good things must last forever. But then I’ll think again and say ‘no’.

I am a freelance translator (i.e. independent translator), and I’ve been satisfying my customers’ demand in language services for many years. Quality of my work is proved by my MA, acquired at Dnepropetrovsk National University, my major is English Language and Literature. Additionally, I’ve been offering translation, localization, editing and proofreading services to clients all over the world for seven years (please see Portfolio, Testimonials and Samples pages for more information).

My native languages are Russian and Ukrainian (I am bilingual). I provide the following services:

In the course of my work, I use such special-purpose software as SDLX, SDL Trados, TagEditor, LocStudio and so forth.

My customers fall into one of three groups (and I love working with each one equally):

1. Various translation agencies that are intermediates between end customer and translators. They gain from working with me, as they know that the translation of assigned order will be of high quality and delivered on time; they can rely upon me (those who have worked with me already know this; those who haven’t yet will soon see).

2. End customers, i.e. companies that want to promote their products and services in foreign markets. They contact me if they need translation to my working languages only – Russian, Ukrainian, English. When they turn to me, they save up to 50% of their budget, and even more sometimes. If a company needs localization or translation of documents into many languages, it usually assigns an order to a translation agency, and then the agency looks for translators. However, fairly often, end clients look for translators into various languages themselves in order to save their budgets.

3. Individuals who need translation of various documentation: translation of diplomas, translation of certificates, translation of private correspondence, translation of passports, etc.
